Shipping Policy

1. No rush shipping. Payment first before shipment policy.

2. Please give us 1-2 business days after sending your proof of payment to verify your payment before we would ship your items.

3. Tracking number will be posted on our facebook page.

4. It is the buyer's responsibilty to track the parcel. If parcel has not arrived after 5 days, please inform us so that we could assist you.

5. There are times that online tracking is not updated, please call or go to the nearest branch if you have any concerns.

6. The seller is not responsible for any delays and/or losses/damages once the items have been forwarded to the courier. Parcel insurance is available upon request.
